To support the growth of Stryker Netherlands, we are recruiting a talented Sales representative for the Physio-Control products, the EMS Transfer and Acute portfolio. The territory consists of Wallonia (French part in Belgium). You will be responsible for selling Physio-Control solutions, the EMS Transfer and Acute portfolio in Pre-Hospital and Hospital settings in the defined territory of Belgium.
Key responsibilities are to identify, follow up and successfully deliver our solutions in the Netherlands, maintain and expand sales, driven by relationships. This encompasses in particular:
Prospection, informing customer on our products, run demonstrations.
Making offers based on expectations/needs of the customers, which can be fleet manager, paramedics, physicians, surgical staff and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
Conducting price negotiations and contractual preparation within the limits of in-house guidelines, up to contract conclusion.
Organizing and conducting trainings and workshops.
Controlling all the resources and materials of his related sales area. Optimization of the resources.
Regular reporting to Regional Sales Manager, on the evolution of the sales, and adaptation to the circumstances of the market.
Experience in a similar position within the Medical Device industry is preferred
Excellent influencing skills and communications skills
Ability to build and expand relationships with different customers (Decision Making Units) in Pre-Hospital and hospital, predominantly Key Opinion Users and end users in general.
Persisting talent, selling, and multi-tasking skills, strong hunting sales approach for new business and maintain current disposable business.
Technical insight and problem solving attitude are key in this position.

Fluency English and Dutch required
