Job Description

Job Scope:

Responsible for overall day-to-day HR operations for ZF Japan. (Organizational Development, Training & Education, Performance Management, Payroll, Employee relations, etc.)

Work as a team member of HR department and provide high standard of HR services to the internal and external customers.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for organizational development support

  • Responsible for effective implementation of Performance Management System.

  • Responsible for implementing and administering HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with all laws and regulations

  • Prepare Monthly HR Reports, such as Headcount / Overtime/ Turnover/ Staffing

  • Identify training needs and develop and implement training plans and activities

Required Education and Experience

Bachelors Degree

Experience and Skill Requirements

 Negotiation ability

 Presentation ability

 Self-management and high motivation

 PC skill (Mail, Excel, Word, Power Point)

 Team worker

 Interpersonal/communication skill

 Intermediate English skill ( reading & writing, face to face communication in English)

Business level Japanese skill both in oral and writing
