We're looking for a fast-moving, fast-thinking Market Coordinator tohelp support our existing mobility platform and assist with the rollout of newproducts and services as we continue to scale.

Our Market Coordinators are proven performers who win throughoperational excellence and the delivery of outstanding customer service;they’re adaptable, agile and know how to manage competing demands in afast-paced and often ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the development and growth of ourMaven Gig service, which provides ridesharing vehicles to members on a weeklybasis, in Washington, DC out of our garage at Union Station
  • Under the direction of the City General Manager,coordinate and oversee vehicle reservations and operations to ensure that allaspects of the fleet meets the needs of the market and our base of members
  • Consistently deliver an outstanding memberexperience to our drivers; perform driver onboarding and offboarding tasks andserve as our local market product expert while building our driver communityand increasing repeat business
  • Maintain in-person oversight for a fleet ofvehicles for shared use by members - focus: interior/exterior appearance,mechanical operation/condition, dynamics of surrounding environment such asstation locations, appearance, safety and other key factors
  • Develop strategic relationships with localrideshare services, service vendors, auction sites and our General Motorsdealerships
  • Performance management: using systems to deliverresults / key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work within new and established Maven processesto manage the upkeep, maintenance, repair and cleanliness of the growing marketarea
  • Assist in analyzing and determining when damagedvehicles should be repaired, to maintain car condition and resale value
  • Manage the process of infleeting and defleetingvehicles
  • Assist in negotiating and managing vendorservice contracts to ensure vehicles are properly maintained, repaired andcleaned to Maven's high standards

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Demonstrated success in the areas of retailsales, business operations, transportation/mobility/on-demand services and/orfleet operations in a high growth environment
  • Ability to identify, prioritize and focus oncritical tasks
  • High degree of tech comfort and awareness (phoneapps, web, in-vehicle)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Adaptability-the individual adapts to changes inthe work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal withfrequent change, delays or unexpected events
  • Experience working with government, businesses,and non-profits a plus
