ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Develop IT governance charters, project management processes and supporting documentation (i.e. incumbent has developed Investment Board Charter, Sponsorship Committee Charter, Executive Committee Charter, Project Intake Process, project matrixes/templates, etc.) Provide governance support to the Director of Policy and Strategic Planning with facilitating and managing technology governance committee/board meetings Provide project management support to the Director of Enterprise Platforms to manage projects under his umbrella – projects/initiatives that are in O365 and Salesforce Platforms (to achieve this, attend all the technical meetings with respective SMEs and brief director on weekly basis of new updates/issues/plan of actions and help with tracking open action items Provide governance support to the Director of Organizational Excellence to manage Taxonomy Board initiatives (i.e. track open action items from previous board meetings, assist with developing agenda/supporting docs/PPT presentations for upcoming meetings, and work with SMEs and Business Units rep to make updates/progress with ITA taxonomy and knowledge management initiatives) Support directors with facilitating Client Intake Process discussion/solutions and provide governance oversight Provide guidance to the Policy Analyst pertaining to updating and reviewing existing policies Provide onsite-task lead support Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization). Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.

5 years of relevant work experience IT Governance experience Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field. Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees. U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required. Travel may be required. Ability to work overtime required on occasion. Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally. Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements. Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
