Job Description / Information

  • Provide clerical support and coordination among sales staff, customers and Logistic team in a professional manner.

  • Interface cross-functionally at all levels within the divisions of the company, including communication across with all levels and external resources and concerns such as freight forwarders, 3 rd party service providers and customs authorities.

  • Prepare report analyses in product/customer/sales status.

  • Manage ordering process, product delivery and shipment, customer’s payment status and regular follow up the ordering activities and delivery.

  • Provide product information, availability and pricing to the customers in accordance with guidelines and compile the customers’ feedback or complaints to improve business effectiveness.

  • Process billing activities & monthly closing

  • Proper manage company ASSET (CER instruments, demo/sample goods) under supervision of Finance Manager and Commercial Director

  • Keep stock control (instrument consignment and inventory) system up to date and planning future capacity requirements for direct sales and implant team.

  • Engage professionally import/export for Marketing activities i.e Stryker’s workshops in Thailand to boost up Stryker’s products.

  • Good Custom clearance and importation knowledge especially for Medical devices

  • Uphold the Compliance Culture and philosophy of the Company by ensuring the business is kept abreast and aligned to the highest code of ethic not limited to ADVAMED.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma holder in business administration or related disciplines 3-5 years of experience in customer service, supply chain and logistics.

  • Preferred experience in healthcare industry at least one year

  • Proficient in MS office suites of products such as Word, Excel & Powerpoint

  • Good communication skill.

  • Able to build relationship across all levels of organization.

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities and have excellent follow up skills.

  • Must demonstrate strong sense of urgency and capable of functioning in a high pressure environment.

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently & service oriented.
