Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague in the Electronics department at our site in Solihull.

Your tasks as Account Assistant:

  • Performing monthly analysis of project costs

  • Managing the accounting transactions and workload on a day to day basis

  • Completing to month-end close and accruals and month-end close analysis

  • Supporting the preparation of the annual budget monthly forecasts

  • Analyzing and monitoring engineering product line budget spending and recoveries

Your profile as Account Assistant:

  • Working towards a professional financial qualification, AAT qualification desirable

  • Relevant experience in a financial role

  • Advanced MS Excel skills

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to deliver results to agreed deadline
