The Membrane Lead Position provides direction and assistance to the work group in order to meet assigned objectives. In person in this role, works within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action.
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinate all cell activities to assure the meeting of production schedules and customer satisfaction. • Coordinate all cell activities to assure the meeting of cost goals and of maintaining the highest standards of quality. • Coordinate and provide technical, quality, and production leadership to cell team members. • Provide cell leadership to continuously improve manufacturing assembly and process for all assigned products / processes. • Perform administrative duties to support the business. Example: completion of labor sheets, etc. • Mentor and motivate team in safety, quality and productivity improvements. • Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. • Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to team project. • Strong project and team leadership.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule
This role is scheduled for 2nd shift - 3:45 PM - 2:15 AM, Monday - Friday.
