As part of the Licensed Relationship Banker Development Program, you will develop meaningful relationships with our customers by understanding their financial needs and helping them to save, spend, borrow and prepare to retire. The first step is a four-month licensing process with coaching from a supportive team around you, which will give you invaluable skills and expertise to succeed as a Licensed Relationship Banker. The Licensed Relationship Banker Development Program is the gateway to a fulfilling career in banking.
Robust 12-month program catered to yourprofessional growth and development
Opportunity to engage with customers to fullyunderstand their financial needs and help customers with their saving,spending and borrowing needs, as well as helping them plan for retirement
Ability for you to secure FINRA Series 6 andSeries 63 licenses and state-specific Life & Health Insurance Licenses
Kaplan study materials and up to 200 hours ofpaid study to earn the required licenses
Exposure to leadership within both the wealthand retail side, and opportunities to partner with sales executives withinthe mortgage, wealth, and business banking divisions
Connecticut, Massachusetts, Michigan, NewHampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Ohio, Delaware, NewJersey and Vermont locations

Key Tasks and Responsibilities of therole include, but are not limited to:
Working closely with new andexisting customers to understand their financial needs and deepenrelationships
Providing advice to assistcustomers with a wide-array of financial solutions to help them meet theirfinancial goals
Leveraging problem-solvingand strong communication skills to resolve customer issues
Collaborating with branchcolleagues and partners to support and refer customers with more complexfinancial needs
Ensuring compliancewith all financial policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Achieving outstandingperformance by going above and beyond for customers each day
Being the face of CitizensBank, presenting a professional, friendly and helpful appearance withevery interaction
What qualifications are we looking for?
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with anexpected graduation date of Spring 2018
GPA of 3.0 preferred
Ability to effectively engage with customersand identify needs to enhance the customer relationship
Exceptional listening and communicationskills, ability to present features and benefits of products and servicesto customers with differing needs
Ability to problem solve and provide solutionsto customer issues
Self-motivated, confident, and ability tomultitask effectively
Willingness to work branch hours, which caninclude weekends and evenings
If selected, candidates must meet and complywith all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but notlimited to successful completion of the required background checks andobtaining a Unique Identifier from the Nationwide Mortgage LicensingSystem (NMLS)

Work Schedule: Varies with branch needs and may include weekends and evenings
