Citizens Bank Vendor Management Analyst in Riverside, Rhode Island


The objective of the Vendor Relationship Administrator is to independently manage the vendor relationship and Third Party vendor oversight through the on-boarding / off-boarding process, business line specific issue resolution and periodic reviews. This individual will help ensure that contract and SOW service levels for assigned third parties are adhered to both from an operational and regulatory standpoint. This role will operate within Loan and Specialty Operations Vendor / Agency Management and the primary responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):Hold vendor / agencies accountable for achieving monthly financial targets and/or operational metricsCapture and Review Third Party scorecards prepared by Data Management and Reporting used for SLA dashboardsManage the coordination of periodic vendor business reviews as defined in policies and proceduresActing as point of escalation for issues identified by the Operations Vendor Management Office or other assessment groupsAdvising and assisting in resolving ORC issues as neededFacilitating discussions in the resolution of performance, risk and compliance issues identified during monthly SLA reviews and site visitsWork with the Operations Vendor Management Office in the execution of contract renewals and new SOWs in accordance with policy guidelines; and coordinating with key stakeholders and Business Line ManagerAct as point of contact to external vendors on all aspects of debt collections
