Responsibilities: The Consumer Loan Servicing Team Leader is responsible for the daily oversight, leadership and development of a group of Consumer Loan Servicing colleagues. The department will execute a range of policies and procedures that directly affect the customers banking experience associated with their loan product(s). The Consumer Loan Servicing Team Leader will also assist in developing and implementing new policies, procedures, and training materials to maximize efficiency and continually improve customer service. Primary responsibilities include: Workflow assignment and coordination, ensuring adherence to department service level agreements and all applicable laws and regulations.Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data and/or documentation to ensure compliance with department SLAs, policies, procedures, and/or regulatory and risk requirementsProduction and analysis of reporting related to productivity, quality, and other requirements in an accurate and timely mannerProviding leadership, coaching and feedback to a team of Consumer Loan servicing specialists to drive excellent performance and encourage professional developmentParticipate in projects or initiatives that affect their area of responsibility and professionally represent the department.
