Description

As a successful member of the Collection Recovery Repossession team you will be asked to meet and exceed department service and quality standards, while maintaining consistent levels of communication with external customers and colleagues regarding account information. You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:Timely arrangements of repossession accounts, where auto customers have pending or completed repossessionsComplete account maintenance, in accordance with current SLA.Assist with quality controlsAbility to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced work environment Ability to de-escalate situations and maintain professionalism at all timesMaintaining compliance with all banking requirementsIn addition; candidates must possess, excellent verbal/written, time management and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be goal driven with a desire to productivity goals; including meeting day to day business needs, with advanced problem solving skills/ability to negotiate through difficult situations

Qualifications
