Stryker Associate Manager - Quality in Portage, Michigan

Seeking a passionate leader of the Customer Quality Regulatory team (Post Market Quality and Regulatory).

This role responsible for leading and guiding the Regulatory Affairs Specialists, Regulatory Affairs Coordinators, and Quality Technicians on the Customer Quality team. This team is be responsible for performing RWO & Salesforce case review, RMA handling, MDR/ASR/MDV filings to appropriate regulatory agencies, and complaint investigations. Job includes implementing and execution of quality standards and compliance throughout the complaint handling process. This person will also develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to new regulations. They will also assess potential complaint risks and drive action towards these risks. This person will prepare and facilitate audits and regulatory inspections. In addition, this person will train personnel on exceptional customer service to gain customer satisfaction through ambulance accidents.

This management position is responsible for driving team engagement of regulatory and complaint investigation employees. In addition, this person shall build organization capability of regulatory knowledge around complaint handling process through communication and trainings of other cross collaborative teams and managers. The job has full management of a team, including management of people, defining roles and responsibilities, planning for the department's future needs and operations, coaching and developing employees to enhance team strengths.

Requirements: Bachelors Degree (preferred Engineering) and a minimum of 5 or more years of full time industry experience.
