Stryker Sales Operations Analyst in Olympia, Washington

This position is responsible for the planning, forecasting, and inventory positioning of accessories, disposables and capital equipment product as it relates to trial product and secondary market sales. The Sales Operations Analyst works with Sales, Marketing and Aftermarket to balance inventory stocking levels to ensure that customers and sales can get the product needed to drive results. The Sales Operations Analyst is expected to proactively identify and assess inventory to maintain healthy levels. This individual works to improve program process and procedures to create opportunities for news sales.

Essential Duties

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on upcoming events and product releases to ensure inventory is available when needed

  • Report, analyze, and provide actionable insights on availability and lead times. Advise operations management on disposition of stock and recommend potential actions

  • Work with Aftermarket to resolve scheduling conflicts and timely delivery to customers and sales

  • Develop and implement inventory stocking strategies based on historical data, demand forecasts, and the product life cycle

  • Interact with operations management on inventory issues

  • Ensure inbound orders are processed in a timely manner escalating as appropriate to meet the needs of the sales team

  • Respond to any and all new requests for information that may come throughout the day, working with other departments as necessary to assure accuracy

  • Evaluate and communicate the Open Orders report – Prepare for dissemination to Sales Representatives with a focus on late or exceptionally late returns with the intent to retrieve equipment back into the pool

  • Evaluate secondary market opportunities and identify product buyback and marketplace possibilities

  • Process secondary market sales from sales team

  • Develop secondary market strategies that align with organizational goals

  • Brand and communicate secondary product offerings to the sales team

  • Perform other related duties as assigned
