ZF Engineering Coordinator in Northville, Michigan
reviewing, preparing and tracking change requests.
Coordinates changes with product and manufacturing teams.
Monitors and assists releases of approved changes to ensure timely
incorporation of changes into production by using Axalant.
- Performs primarily 50% routine administrative tasks and 50% project
specific technical support of engineers.
- Compliance with all Internal and External
Production Quality Management Systems and Group Directives.

Skills and Experience:
Associate's degree and/or 2+ years of professional-level engineering/analysis experience (internship/co-op experience incl.) encompassing one or more of the following areas: test engineering/analysis, gear manufacturing analysis/planning, product design/development, and/or program/launch management
Basic knowledge of commonly used concepts,
practices and procedures within Engineering
- Good project
management and planning abilities
- Strong problem
solving and analytical skills
interpersonal, communications and listening skills
Skills and experience:
- Experience with
BOM structures, engineering drawings, design change procedures and the
technical facets/simplifications of product development in a manufacturing
- Experience in the
Automotive and/or Electronics industries.
- German language skills
