Develop and execute a business plan that is designed to meet and exceed financial, market, and product portfolio goals for your respective territory.
Effective territory planning to ensure retention and penetration of existing accounts, cultivation of new customers, and the conversion of competitive accounts.
Work with customers to develop, implement and train on solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Work cross- functionally with team members including field services reps, sales, and internal support functions.
Utilize CRM and other methods for planning, forecasting and business intelligence in order to support strategic and tactical decisions.
3 years of successful selling experience, preferably in either capital equipment or a medical devices company.
A four (4) year degree in science, business, or related discipline.
Good driving record.
Demonstrated track record of performance and success.
Demonstrated ability to develop both internal and external long-term customer relationships.
Proven skills in working independently on several projects and presentations simultaneously.
Hospital sales experience (or knowledge of hospital call points and how to navigate through a hospital) is a plus
Prior experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM system.
Frequent travel 25-30% of the time inclusive of overnight stays and weekends.
This is a hospital-based position with traditional Physio-Control hospital market capital equipment call points. Physio-Control Acute Care sales team is in the Stryker Medical Division.
Ability to work out of a home office. This will include maintaining an inventory and storage of demo products and literature.
Ability to drive in car, often for prolonged time periods.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
