Division A - Global Occupant Safety Systems
Tech Operator DI9 (3rd shift)
Under close supervision performs routine and repetitive production activities where work is of a machine loading and tending nature such as assembling and post-processing of inflators. Responsible for basic repairs and troubleshooting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Current operator duties and responsibilities
Basic troubleshooting of work stations
Basic/routine repairs of production equipment in assigned area
Basic adjustments and preventative maintenance of assigned equipment
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
Related technical experience and/or training a plus
Must have hand dexterity at moderate speed with accuracy for half of each day. Must be able to push, pull or lift 40 lbs regularly. Prolonged period(s) of standing is required. Work may require the use of specialized safety equipment.

Supports and actively participates in continuous improvement activities and applies Lean principles in efforts to reduce variation in our products and our processes.
TRW Mesa Operations screening process includes a hair substance abuse screening test, ATF lifetime background check, and a verification of eligibility for employment.
U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident Status Required
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required.

6+ Months - 3 years manufacturing experience preferred. Must
