Citizens Bank HR Analytics Operations Specialist in Medford, Massachusetts


The HR Analytics team at Citizens Bank is a multi-disciplinary analytics powerhouse providing insights, recommendations and tools to drive workforce effectiveness.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR Analytics, the HR Analytics Operations Specialist will lead the team’s survey, benchmarking and metrics operations.

The HR Analytics Operations Specialist will be responsible for:

Survey Operations

  • Implementing our survey and colleague listening strategy across the Bank, including the management of our annual engagement survey, as well as periodic pulse surveys

  • Managing the deployment of survey projects, including partnering with the business and HR to determine survey logistics, and coordinating with communications to create messaging to drive up participation

  • Working with the HR Analytics team to develop informative reports and visualizations of results and trends

Benchmarking & Metrics

  • Developing an organizational framework and maintaining it for accurate and consistent HR metrics reporting, becoming the point person for HR metrics across Citizens

  • Maintaining external benchmark data and participating in external benchmarking initiatives to ensure HR has the relevant metrics to support HR/business decisions

  • Creating and delivering periodic reports and analyses of HR metrics


Experience and Skills:

  • 2 or more years of professional experience in Human Resources; organizational effectiveness or HR Analytics experience preferred

  • Demonstrated project management skills

  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking

  • Effective written and verbal communication

  • Strong collaboration and partnership with HR and Business colleagues to understand business needs.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale HR projects

  • Experience working as an individual contributor as well as an active participant in team projects


  • Bachelor’s degree required

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
