This position will provide high level personalized support to Business Banking sales and RSS team members’ needs. Execute several aspects of servicing for business portfolio customers that will elevate the customers experience with the intent to retain and grow existing portfolios Responsible for all aspects of audit controls as they provide service to customers, as well as maintaining internal records for portfoliosExperience handling customer service needs as well as a clear understanding of business customer needs and products Experience in Salesforce.com experience is a plus as this is the primary tool used by Business Banking sales along with AFS, which is the loan servicing system for business loans.Experience with business deposit accounts, servicing and performing maintenance such as signature card updates, product code changes, deposit research

Qualifications

Qualifications High School or GED requiredAssociate's degree preferredRequired:Strong customer service and communication skills to interact with internal and external customers in a mature and professional manner; ability to understand complicated customer transactions, diagnose customer problems and determine appropriate solutionsWorking knowledge of computers as well as Excel and Word programs Preferred:3 years customer service experience handling and resolving customer complaints;Continuously build customer relationships over the telephone through consistent follow up to problem resolutionWork with several internal and external partners to resolve problems, verify sales data and deepen partner relationships through collaborative problem resolutionMust be able to follow detailed set procedures to ensure highest standards for audit and risk purposesPreferred skills and understanding of business products to assist sales in providing customers with a positive experiencePreferred understanding of the flow of a business loan moving through the underwriting process from submission to closingBasic understanding of key federal regulations and laws that impact business customersBranch background; understanding and resolving both general and complicated deposit servicing questions such as fee rebates, signer updates, account type changes and research Hours and Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
