Responsible for administration, maintenance, and infrastructure work on Web, SaaS, and SharePoint related systems

Day-to-Day Role:

  • Administer, monitor, and manage Web Servers, SharePoint Server Farms, and all other web-related on premises and cloud systems

  • Lead projects from a technical perspective

  • Provide a source of expertise in incorporating and implementing Web solutions including, but not limited to, SharePoint, Project Server, Linux, and Salesforce and other SaaS products.

  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain changes to Web solutions including, but not limited to, SharePoint, Project Server, Linux, and Salesforce and other SaaS products

  • Provide support in enhancing the Web Systems Infrastructure's operation and performance

  • Act as final point of escalation for service ticket and problem resolution

  • Keep abreast of new technology developments and make recommendations regarding changes to current standards and solutions as appropriate

  • Work closely with other members of the Web Technologies Team to ensure the success of the teams' duties and responsibilities

  • Support infrastructure and administration needs of other CMS tools, such as Umbraco

  • Salesforce Administrators will also:

  • Serves as Lead Salesforce Administrator for Dart. Works with Dart Salesforce Developers to create Salesforce process automations including those with Process Builder, visual workflow and approval tools, formulas, validation and/or summary roll-up fields as appropriate.

  • Works with project manager, administrators, and developers to coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new Salesforce dashboard development requests

  • Defines and maintains integration(s) with existing Dart identity systems

Core Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • Requires one of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in computer science, web development, information systems or related field of study and two (2) years of system administration or equivalent experience, OR

  • Associate’s with an emphasis in computer science, web development, information systems or related field of study and three (3) years of system administrator or equivalent experience, OR

  • High school diploma or equivalent and four (4) years of system administrator or equivalent experience

  • Three (3) years of experience in SharePoint 2010+ administration

  • Two (2) years of experience with creating and managing PowerShell scripts

  • Three (3) years of technical experience in a Windows-based operating systems & support role

  • Four (4) years of experience with Windows Server 2008+

  • Advanced knowledge of virtualization, SharePoint 2007-2016, IIS, MS Project Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and SQL Server

  • Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal and external customers

  • Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities

  • Up to 10% domestic travel

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license

  • Requires a favorable motor vehicle report upon hire

  • Additional work hours including weekends and holidays as required

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in installation, administration, support and management of any active Windows server environment that comprises of active directory, application, file and print servers

  • Knowledge of KnowledgeLake or similar imaging systems

  • Experience with Linux Apache Web Server Administration

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure, AD FS/WAP, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Umbraco, and/or SQL Server

  • One (1) year of experience with Web and/or SharePoint 2007+ development

  • Microsoft Windows Server and SharePoint Certifications
