Stryker Program Associate, Marketing Operations in Mahwah, New Jersey

Job Description: The Program Associate , Marketing Operations will support the Marketing Operations quality process with analysis of problems, development of systems and providing of hands-on process improvement support. Support the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations and team with all system initiatives. Create and implement requirements for metadata and content management and posting.

Additional responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Support all areas of the Marketing Operations and the Joint Replacement business through the routing of literature and collateral review, releasing jobs, updating databases, and communicate issues to management.

  • Develop, execute, and manage process and system solutions in accordance with company policies, standards and regulatory expectations.

  • Responsible for updating and maintaining Marketing Quality databases to ensure information is up-to-date and aligned to business needs.

  • Actively participate on process improvement project teams to understand business needs, priorities and customer expectations. Summarize data, present findings and make recommendations to management.

  • Collaborate with teammates in the development and delivery of training programs intended to create awareness of and ensure adherence to quality processes related to collateral review

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships and serve as the point of contact for user support and continuous training.

  • Support Marketing Operations team in process and system solutions in accordance with company policies, standards and regulatory expectations.

  • Responsible for Testing, debugging and implementing system solutions. Consult with users in the development of test data and review results with users.

  • Responsible for collecting, assembly and delivery of meaningful business metrics reports: for weekly, monthly, quarterly SharePoint reporting.

  • Analyze results of reports to plan and initiate system improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent relevant experience. Formal training or equivalent experience with utilization of Content Management procedures and systems.

  • Applied knowledge of Content Management System in support of managing controlled documents. Understanding of Document Life Cycle concepts.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of a structured System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology in development of system / process improvements.

  • Applied knowledge of Computer systems including: SharePoint, Adobe, and MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated ability to work well in teams and efficiently/effectively accomplish work individually or as a team member

  • Demonstrated commitment to quality.

  • Demonstrated: attention to detail, results orientation, organizational skills, ability to meet/exceed multiple defined deadlines in a highly demanding environment

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, ability to think critically, analytically to solve problems

  • Thorough understanding of FDA regulated environments and design systems that are 21 CFR Part 11 Compliant

  • Ability to multi-task and consistently execute flawlessly in a fast paced environment with competing demands
