Penske Logistics located in Coldwater, MI/White Deer, PA/La Porte, IN is offering a $3,000 Sign on Bonus & a $5,000 stay incentive paid at $1250 per quarter during first year of employment.

You will be part of a dedicated fleet supporting Clemens/PVT, a leading producer of pork products across the Midwest, North Central, and North East areas. Currently all drivers will domicile out of Coldwater, MI, White Deer, PA, and La Porte, IN and will return back with a backhaul. This is a 24/7 operation, routes are primarily throughout the Midwest and Northeast (to include the boroughs of New York City). Weekly miles will range between 2200 and 3000 miles per week.
Backhaul activity may turn into loads that go to another location that will ultimately provide us with a load to get the driver back home, but all drivers will be home weekly. The position does require touch freight unloading pallets at the point of delivery with some stacking of product at times. There will be paid training during the orientation process.

Compensation Package: Regional OTR
Annual W2 potential of $70K - $80K (Equates weekly to $1,150 to $1,525)
Year 1: $.50 cents per mile - $20.00 a stop (average of 1-2 stops per day) – $7.00 Pre & $7.00 Post - $20.00 Delay Pay per Hour (after 1 hours of delay)
Year 2: $.52 cents per mile - $20.00 a stop (average of 1-2 stops per day) – $7.00 Pre & $7.00 Post - $20.00 Delay Pay per Hour (after 1 hours of delay)
Year 3: $.54 cents per mile - $20.00 a stop (average of 1-2 stops per day) – $7.00 Pre & $7.00 Post - $20.00 Delay Pay per Hour (after 1 hours of delay)
Compensation Package: Home Daily
Annual W2 potential of $55K - $65K (Equates weekly to $1,057 to $1,250)
Year 1: $.40 cents per mile - $20.00 a stop (average of 1-2 stops per day) – $7.00 Pre & $7.00 Post - $20.00 Delay Pay per Hour (after 1 hours of delay)
Year 2: $.42 cents per mile - $20.00 a stop (average of 1-2 stops per day) – $7.00 Pre & $7.00 Post - $20.00 Delay Pay per Hour (after 1 hours of delay)
Year 3: $.44 cents per mile - $20.00 a stop (average of 1-2 stops per day) – $7.00 Pre & $7.00 Post - $20.00 Delay Pay per Hour (after 1 hours of delay)
$3,000 sign on bonus paid out within first 30 days.
$5,000 stay incentive paid at $1250 per quarter during first year of employment.
COBRA Insurance Reimbursement for new hires until eligible for Penske benefits.
At least 23 years of age, CDL Class A license required
12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience in the last 3 years
3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations/accidents
Ability to pass DOT Physical, DOT Drug Screen and Background screening requirements
