Maintains current status, on a daily basis, of all end items for programs which they are responsible for.
Applies and maintains a list of shortages which impact their assigned programs and assures that supervision is aware of these shortfalls.
Coordinates assigned program products with the assembly area within CSO.
Process the Repair Work Order through the various departmental personnel including customer representatives, where appropriate.
Requisition and submit requisitions to storeroom personnel in support of the assembly activity.
Maintain close liaison with coordinators to correctly prioritize testing, internal and external processing of parts, and assembly which takes place outside CSO.
Maintains and supplies inputs to other functional areas and divisions as required by internal policy or customer requirements.
