Job Description / Information
As an Associate Product Manager, Customer Care you will be responsible for partnering with external customers and internal stakeholders to develop and deploy current and new service offerings related to the ProCare business.
Lead and manage projects in the Customer Care Organization
Accountable to future state process design
Indirectly lead teams of business professionals in projects of varying scale to advance ProCare capabilities
Discover, build and deploy solutions and processes to meet current and future business needs
Collaborate with Business Partners to solve current and unknown opportunities across the ProCare business
Responsible for ensuring that all process documentation is up to date as a part of each program
Keep current with industry trends and utilize knowledge gained to manage process improvements
Work with peers across the organization and industry to align processes and enable scalability with solution enhancements.
Accountable to managing department financial objectives through careful budgeting and analysis of results and corrective actions as necessary
Analyze, develop and report on team KPIs while driving for improvement
B.B.A. or B.S. in business or related curriculum or equivalent industry experience required
Must be able to generate and explain detailed proposals, guidelines, budgets and procedures.
Must be able to analyze and resolve extremely complex issues of a broad scope using independent judgment.
Must be able to routinely make decisions that have a company-wide effect.
Must be able to observe and correct minor inconsistencies (e.g. in the printed word, product appearance, etc.).
Demonstrated success in leading process improvement initiatives.
Customer service oriented.
Enjoy working in a constantly evolving environment and coping with uncertainty.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and electronic.
Creative problem-solving under pressure.
Ability to lead through motivation.
Industry certifications and experience in project management desired.
