The Project Manager manages projects of varying size and complexity within the Program portfolio. Primary responsibilities include:Delivery of the project scope by leading project team towards achieving predetermined goals and results in alignment with the project exit criteria. Manages project resources and provides project management expertise, leading key project work streams, working with the full project life cycle, following project Governance processes within agreed timescales to Time, Cost and Quality. Creates and fosters a climate of adding value in delivering projects by striving for excellence and contributing to the overall development of Change Management. Scope, plan and manage projects through the entire life cycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality Ensure that the solution is capable of enabling the business to achieve benefit realization as well as demonstrating understanding of the organizational impact of change Responsible for accurate and timely reporting against the project plan and budget in line with agreed Program governance Ensure each project adheres to the governance required by Program Office including the maintenance of full documentation and the existence of a fully-supported governing body as appropriate to each project or program. Perform and/or supervise the acquisition and analysis of data to identify business problems and opportunities Identify, evaluate and ensure appropriate mitigating actions and plans are in place for all project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, escalating to Senior Project Manager/Program Manager with suggested mitigating actions for implementation Build and Manage relationships with project stakeholders up to a senior level to understand the context and impact of the project to the business line and ensure all stakeholders views are managed towards the best solution for all business areas impacted Promotion of an environment of continuous improvement ensuring a QA process is applied through the project lifecycle Establish and build relationships to facilitate achievement of strategic goals maintaining momentum throughout the project lifecycle Collaboration with others on Program team, identifying internal / external resources required to deliver the project Ensure projects meet internal and external customer requirementsChampion strong customer service attitudes and valuesRisk - Identify and manage the risk, minimizing the outcome and escalating where appropriate. Ensure processes operate as designed. Key indicators in place to ensure reliable, predictable and stable environmentStakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peer-level stakeholders across the business so that these contribute both to the effective operation of the business unit as well as the development of the unit business planTeam Leadership: Develop, plan, and implement activities that will enable a highly motivated and highly performing team to deliver team objectives. Required Skills/Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of in-depth knowledge and proven application of Project Management methodologies and full project lifecycle including documentation standards, risk, issue, assumption and dependency management and change controls process Familiarity with process modeling, workshop facilitation and business analysis Knowledge of banking products and terminology Competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word Flexibility to work on a variety of projects and teams There may be a requirement for travel within the US Self thinker able to work through issues and escalate only when appropriate Identify the impact of project deliverables on the customer and ensure these fully support the customer proposition Maximize the customer experience and minimize risk and cost of change Preferred Skills/Experience:Knowledge of the Consumer business and supporting systems / applications including structures and key Citizens processes and procedures Education:Bachelor’s Degree preferred, PMI Certification preferred Hours and Work ScheduleHours per Week: 40Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday#LI-AP1
