The Human Resources Associate Development Program (HRADP) is a unique opportunity to jumpstart a rewarding career in Human Resources. You will participate in on-the-job training, projects and rotations to develop a broad understanding of Human Resources to allow you to grow into an impactful, contributing member of the Human Resources team.Program Information:Johnston RI base locationParticipants are placed in four rotations across HR Participation in Citizens Early Career Program providing enterprise knowledge on the company’s strategy and business lines, networking with other Early Career participants, volunteer opportunities and a team based special project presented to senior leadersExposure to senior leadershipParticipants will have an executive sponsor to help guide you through the ProgramUpon successful completion of the Program, graduates will be placed in a full-time role in Human Resources.
