Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or mills to produce fittings Possess a strong knowledge of machine shop mathematics Be able to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments Have the ability and willingness to effectively apply lean principles Work in a team environment and use problem solving tools Troubleshoot tooling, program, or machine related issues Inspect parts to ensure quality Maintain a world class facility with good housekeeping habits Adhere to all safety practices and standards In addition to these essential functions, the job includes other functions that may be assigned
High School Diploma/GED required.
Technical Degree or Certification desired.
Must possess a strong knowledge of machine shop mathematics.
Must be able to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
Must have the ability and willingness to effectively apply lean principles.
A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience required.
