Your key responsibilities

  • Technical Responsibility / Advice on product and process issues (internals and suppliers) of improvements within the Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) and of technicians as well as other manufacturing engineers in the team

  • Specialist for new products, processes and transfers (implementation and implementation) Ensure that all activities are completed and documented in accordance with the Stryker New Product Development Process - Assistance in monitoring production performance and resolving systemic issues

  • Conducting qualification and validation of products, processes and equipment, and related documentation internally and to suppliers

  • Development and implementation of documentation, SOPs and process instructions that comply with the current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

  • Project Management acc. Priorities, including investigation, approval, budgeting, specification, execution, qualification and handover

  • Active interface to cross-functional teams and suppliers
