Controllership – Financial Analyst / Senior Analyst (General Requisition)

Controllership’s mission is to serve as a strategic business partner, bringing timely and insightful decisions, leveraging financial systems and processes that increase transparency, improve efficiency, shorten decision cycle times, and reinforce financial integrity and accountability.

Controllership is a multi-faceted team managing Corporate Accounting, Consolidations & SEC Reporting, Financial Assurance, Technical Accounting, and Design / Build / Sell / Aftersales Accounting and Analytics, with operations around the globe. As a member of the Controllership team, you will:

•Gain exposure and experience working on a variety of complex accounting issues impacting strategic business initiatives

•Work with cross-functional Finance teams with support and flexibility to develop your career

•Rotate between functional areas to gain a broad range of valuable experience

We are looking for the following education, competencies, and experiences:

•Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with major in accounting, business administration or related field

•CPA or CA with public accounting experience or equivalent industry experience in accounting

•Identify, interpret and analyze potential accounting risks and issues

•Understanding of and ability to apply accounting and financial reporting standards (GAAP)

•Ability to meet goals and objectives under a stringent timeline

•Problem solving and analytical abilities where problems are complex

•Ability to work with a high level of initiative and identify process improvements

•Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork and partnerships

•Strong oral and written communication skills

•Highly proficient personal computer skills and technology drive
