Concierge Profile- Boston Banking and Wealth Center (99 High Street)

The Investment Assistant / Wealth Center Concierge will be the first point of contact for clients coming into our Banking and Investment Center. Responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors to the Wealth Center and ensuring they feel welcome and directed to the appropriate colleague.

  • Screen telephone calls and route to the appropriate colleague or take messages.

  • Maintain and manage conference room calendars and meetings.

  • Assist Marketing and other departments on all Wealth Center client events.

  • Maintain a relationship with retail colleagues (particularly the Branch Manager) and an understanding of general banking service needs in order to direct customers appropriately.

  • Possess understanding of other Citizens locations in the downtown Boston area in order to serve as a general point of contact as needed.

  • Help with logistical support in the planning and hosting of client and community events held within the Wealth Center space.

  • Provide general office support as needed.

  • Responsible for maintaining wealth center office and kitchen supplies.

  • Minor cleaning and straightening of common areas.

The candidate for this position will be an organized self-starter who can handle multiple projects and priorities at once. As the focal point of client contact, this individual will be comfortable meeting new people and communicating the features and benefits of the Banking and Wealth Center. As the first person many of our clients meet, this individual will have a persistent positive attitude and be completely committed to assisting our clients in a professional manner.

The Boston Banking and Wealth Center is expected to be a busy, high-traffic location with continued visibility from senior leaders who are expected to be on-site on a regular basis; the successful candidate is someone who has a shown the ability to balance multiple priorities, is a problem-solver and can handle peak times of activity with a polished and proactive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce a plus

  • Excellent phone, and computer skills

  • Continuously exhibits personal integrity and professional initiative

  • Reliable, follows through on commitments, does not shrink from new challenges

  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask

  • Collaborative and able to work effectively with others

  • Flexible team player who is highly adaptable to change and open to new ideas

Work Schedule: M-F
