Our customer's Global Data, Insights and Analytic (GDI&A) Team is a new and rapidly expanding group within the Company. The GDI&A Data Supply Chain team is responsible for the ingesting new and existing strategic data and the eco-system of discovery tools to perform analytic research and insight analysis. Data sources include connected vehicle data, external data providers, public data, social media, digital exhaust, transactional data and similar use in building incremental value and insight for the business. The Data Supply Chain Business Integration Analyst: - Responsible for data process performance management for the Data Supply Chain.

-Working with the business and data management teams to develop Business Process Review documents, deployment and system operational metrics for use in GDIA, ensuring the operation.

-Escalate data issues (ingestion, production or storage) in the appropriate forums and work cross functionally to develop solutions

-Collaborating with Data Operations, Analytics and IT teams to achieve results

-Improve the Data Supply Chain department results through innovation

-Evaluation of data accuracy, completeness, timeliness and stability and establishing repeatable, sustainable processes to maintain data including the understanding of all preprocesses prior to ingestion into Hadoop.

-Analyze the use of Data Supply Chain to improve base process efficiency and customer satisfaction with the data assets.

-Work with IT to resolve system performance or tool related issues for the user.

-Work cross-functionally with the Data Supply Chain in use and management of data and analytic projects

-Lead a cross functional forum of Data Owners and Data Scientist to define and refine Data availability for all communities.

-Participate in external forums and tool user groups looking for improvement techniques in tool deployment and development, host Learning Sessions with vendor support and contribute to the future vision of Data Supply Chain.


-Strong collaboration and communications skills

-Demonstrated knowledge of IT organization and processes.

-Excellent verbal and written presentation skills including developing training and media to enhance the customer experience.

-Demonstrated problem formulation and problem solving skills

-Ability to take complex problems and break them down to create and implement an action plan

-Drive launch of IT websites and work with project management on deployment of tools and infrastructure for the customer.

-Business development and relationship building to establish partnerships with third parties and internal stakeholders

-Strong understanding of analysis and computational complexity and ability to programmatically solve problems

Experience Required:

-Hands on Analytic experience and familiarity with commercial Analytic tools

Experience Preferred:

-Customer experience would be an asset
