Job Description / Information
Responsible for driving and selling LUCAS, Codestat and Lucas Service plans for a given geographic market. Works in conjunction with and support of the sales efforts of the PH Sales rep/s in the territory in an effort to achieve assigned sales goals related to the Power CPR product line. The Specialist will be independent and hold their own quota.
Carry a Quota for specific assigned geography.
Identify and drive sales growth in geography and provide monthly update to RM on progress.
Assist in the training, development and in services for their respective geography.
Transfer of knowledge and interfacing between marketing and sales team to drive key messages and best practices.
Assist in Building regional network of clinical thought leaders.
Provide monthly forecasts in Salesforce and highlights to regional manager and will be held responsible for achieving quota and forecasted business.
Working with Marketing & Sales leadership to show effectiveness of role
Provides sales support to PH Sales Reps with regard to fact finding, information gathering, assistance in proposal development, customer site visits, customer sales calls.
Supports territorial sales efforts through the prospecting for new business in regards to supported product segment.
Travel required within designated geography and/or to other Stryker events/locations.
1-2 years of successful sales
Must possess excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent time and territory management skills.
Experience with using Salesforce.com is preferred
Ability to achieve CPR Certification
