Citizens Technology Infrastructure team manages the entire collection of hardware, software, networks, data centers, facilities and related equipment used to develop, test, operate, monitor, manage and/or support the enterprise. The team ensures everything is ready to use when colleagues, customers and partners need to work with us.

The Technology Infrastructure Finance team resides within of the Business Services Finance organization, manages the division's financial processes to ensure accurate and transparent financial results, and partners with the Infrastructure team to provide financial support to business line initiatives. This is a hands-on role that reports to the Infrastructure Senior Finance Manager and is broadly responsible for providing complex financial reporting and performance analysis. Scope includes supporting the month-end financial close process, reporting of monthly results, preparing variance analysis, and support of the annual budgeting process. The position is also responsible for the proactive identification of financial issues, risks and opportunities that exist in the business, communicating them to finance and line of business management and synchronizing financial impacts in budgets and forecasts.

  • Serve as lead finance contact / support for line of business management team.

  • Provide analytical support and managing divisional processes including month-end close, monthly forecast, annual budget, and executive presentations.

  • Evaluating infrastructure capital investments, enterprise license agreements, and lease arrangements.

  • Partnering with Corporate Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Payable to ensure alignment with procedures.

  • Supporting detail analysis and management of Infrastructure cost allocations.

  • Maintaining strong financial/risk controls and drive continual process improvement.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to succinctly communicate complex financial issues verbally and in writing.

  • High level of proficiency in Excel and delivering financial presentations.

  • Detail oriented, diligent with strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Working knowledge of Hyperion Essbase

  • Ability to interact independently with all levels of management

  • Prefer direct experience in financial management at a large bank or technology company

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
