The Business Consulting and Technology (BC&T) Associate is responsible for assisting the team in delivery assessments, systems selections, and ERP optimization projects. The BC&T Associate is responsible for supporting BC&T team members with an assigned group of clients and will establish relationships with both Advisory and other Tax and Audit Practices areas. The selected candidate will be an active team member on business consulting solutions projects and will become and an integral part of the solutions consulting delivery team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality. * Assist other team members with multiple engagements. * Assist in solutions delivery. * Maintain a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with staff at all levels to gather information and perform Advisory services. * Work closely with Senior Associates and managers to promptly resolve client problems encountered. * Gain understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives, and utilize that knowledge on engagements. * Attend professional development and training sessions on a regular basis. * Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. A minimum of a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale is required. A Masters' degree and/or CPA license would be a plus. * A minimum of one-year experience. Experience in public accounting or consulting is a plus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong teamwork and analytical skills along with attention to detail. * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Ability to work additional hours and travel to various client sites as needed.
