The Investment Assistant / Wealth Center Concierge will be the first point of contact for clients coming into our Banking and Investment Center. Responsibilities will include:Greeting visitors to the Wealth Center and ensuring they feel welcome and directed to the appropriate colleague.Screen telephone calls and route to the appropriate colleague or take messages.Maintain and manage conference room calendars and meetings.Assist Marketing and other departments on all Wealth Center client events.Provide general office support as needed.Responsible for maintaining wealth center office and kitchen supplies.Minor cleaning and straightening of common areas.The candidate for this position will be an organized self-starter who can handle multiple projects and priorities at once. As the focal point of client contact, this individual will be comfortable meeting new people and communicating the features and benefits of the Banking and Wealth Center. As the first person many of our clients meet, this individual will have a persistent positive attitude and be completely committed to assisting our clients.
