The Website Strategy Manager is responsible for managing a team that focuses on maintaining and optimizing our public website, as well as key customer experience interactions in our authenticated space. This position is responsible for the strategy and execution of driving transformation and innovation into our websites. This role will be focused on continuous improvement and identifying new opportunities and what’s next.Responsibilities Own the overall development and delivery of the presence, from roadmap to project development and executionWork within Agile framework and drive priorities and results of a dedicated Agile teamConstantly improve site experience by encouraging a growth and optimization mindset among your team to improve performance and customer experienceOwn overall delivery, assessment, and measurement of this critical channel Work with UX and stakeholders across the organization to build out site experiences, interactions, and toolsOwn personalization experience and strategy in this channelManage our DMP (Data Management Platform) and partner with data and analytics stakeholders to optimizeIdentify new opportunities and solutions to drive the experience forward – be on top of what’s best in class and what’s up and comingPartner closely with our technology team to identify elegant and efficient technology solutionsManage and maintain the website and its development team and ensure on time delivery of all web projects


8+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing technology role5+ years management experience Strong leadership and relationship building skills Experience managing a website platformExperience leveraging a broad range of marketing website technologies (e.g. CMS, analytics, tag management, customer feedback tools, testing tools)Experience working with a DMP (Data Management Platform)Experience with personalization tactics and technologiesExperience managing one or more major website rebuild or rebranding effortsStrong organizational and project management skillsPassion for building high performing sites and teams (both technical and non-technical)Hours and Work ScheduleHours per Week: 40Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
