The Citizens Bank Digital team is searching for a relentlessly positive, curious, and energetic candidate who can scour our digital footprint for anything that needs improvement, drive implementing improvements, and work with strategic leads to prioritize larger opportunities found. Primary responsibilities include:Ensure the accuracy, quality, and the rendering of content within our digital footprintManage quality assurance automation tools and report findings and trendsDrive implementing site improvements and partner with digital product and user experience team members to deliver larger enhancementsProduce trend reports and quarterly updates on overall site health Partner with Digital Operations to address and track opportunities to improve usability and accessibility for our customersAssist other digital team members with site research and analysis

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:3+ years in customer experience, technology or related digital experience a plusEnthusiasm and positive attitude a MUST!Has a passion for implementing continuous improvements that impact customer experiencesAbility to work in a fast paced environment that has competing prioritiesA problem solver and self-starter by nature Strong communication skills, ability to engage others, and insatiable appetite to get things doneKnowledge of digital content and content management toolsEducation, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:Bachelor's Degree RequiredHours & Work ScheduleHours per Week: 40Work Schedule: M-F
