"

  • Log in and out of Flex Net computers, to record production and non-production time.

  • Notify the Skill level 2 operators, Lead, Supervisor, or Technician as appropriate of production equipment problems.

  • Maintain safety rules and keep area in a clean and orderly condition.

  • Maintain specified quality and production quantity standards.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, Sage Culture, and Company Mission Statement.

  • Perform minor process adjustments to machines e.g. clear jams from packing machines

  • Adhere to cGMP practices

  • Perform in-process quality checks where applicable

  • Maneuver material handling devices such as the “Delmac” and forklifts.

  • Maneuver material handling devices such as the “Delmac” and forklifts.

  • Visually and physically, check product as appropriate for attributes at intervals as directed per Work Instruction Sheet.

  • Visually verify all components against the Bill of Material where applicable

  • Record production and reject counts as directed by the Lead person or skill level 2 operators.

  • Complete inventory transfer sheets as directed per work instruction sheet.

  • Complete production slip and deliver to Lead person at the completion of job or shift, as directed by Lead where applicable.

  • Capable of maneuvering and lifting 50 pounds intermittently (essential)

  • Capable of continual reaching arm length.

  • Capable of working with a moving belt line.

  • Ability to correctly complete documentation and forms in English

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English as it pertains to work related issues

  • Able to perform basic material handling functions

  • Work with minimal supervision

  • High School diploma or equivalent
