Job Description / Information

  • Support and execute logistics processes in accordance with customer requirements and business rules

  • PerformERP system operational transactions according to the internal procedures

  • Understand and learn basic products configurations of orthopedics , arthroscopy, sports medicine, trauma, spine, general surgery specialties

  • Picks consignments order requests andinspect customer product returns for nonconformities according to the internal procedure

  • Participate to warehouse inventory count according to internal procedure

  • Maintain warehouse equipment in good order andprovide solutions to optimize goods flow in the warehouse

  • Act as a back-up for the Warehouse Manager when needed

  • Collaborates with the team in order to meet goals, quality and company needs and objectives

  • Actively participates and represents the team in cross functional projects

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum High School degree, PC literate, basic English knowledge

  • Minimum six years of experience with Customer Service activities

  • ERP experience

  • Strong communication skills and a good team player

  • Ability to work in a team

  • High customer focus

  • Proactive approach while solving problems
