General Purpose of Position :Provide technical support and oversight to ensure effective quality control systems are in place and adhered to.General scope of responsibilities include reliability testing, analysis and problem solving.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support Fast Response and general problem solving processes

• Engage and support resources to assist in root cause identification

• Ensure product and process changes are documented in appropriate systems

• Coordinate the PPAP/PTR process as appropriate

• Perform Layered Audits and address non-conformances

• Effectively address and respond to customer concerns via problem solving and local procedures

•Initiate and monitor containment efforts

• Collect, analyze and react to data regarding FTQ/IPPM concerns

• Ensure compliance to PFMEA's and PCP's, and GMS requirements

•May handle site audit requirements and Built in Quality certification process

Knowledge:

• General knowledge of Quality Control & manufacturing processes

• General knowledge of statistics and process variation

• General technical aptitude

• Knowledge GMS principles

Skills/Abilities:

Education/Training:

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience
