This Analyst role owns the financial reporting internally through the financial organization and externally through contract CDRL’s the progress and forecast on the U.S. Defense Ambulance contract.This individual will work with the AM General program team on maintaining the financial health of the program and support internal reviews as needed. Main responsibilities are to execute the contract terms of the Ambulance contract relative to delivering the CCDR’s as called out within the CSDR Plan.
The position(s) include the following duties:
Previous experience in reporting and managing CSDR Plan and Contractor Cost Data Report (CCDR)
Experience in presenting at Post Award Conferences at DCARC or with TACOM Business Management Team members
Reporting Resource Distribution Tables (RTD)
Basic understanding of Earned Value Management and the use of a WBS structure with Dictionary’s
Coordinate and conduct monthly program Estimates at Completion (EAC’s) and develop summary charts for program visibility
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
B.S. or B.A in Accounting, Finance or Business Management with 5-10 years of program finance experience with a focus on CSDR deliveries on US Government contracts in the defense industry.
Expertise with project management based planning and control systems and tools such as: Contract and Subcontract Management, Systems Engineering Process, Integrated Master Plan, Integrated Master Schedule, Work Break Down Structure, Earned Values Management System, Integrated Baseline Review, Periodic Program Reviews and Major Milestone Reviews.
Understanding of the United States Government (USG) acquisition process. Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
Familiarity with Defense business is a plus. i.e.: C-PET, MPM, MS Project, ProPricer, SharePoint, SAP, Wide Area Workflow.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

The working conditions are typical office working environment the majority of time with occasional activates in a prototype vehicle build shop, or offsite test site.
