In the role of HR Business Partner, you will be supporting the Finance Shared Service Center. Your responsibilities will therefore be, a.o.:

  • To develop a strong and influential partnership with the business unit managers to provide consistently sound and best practice advice in all aspects of people management.

  • To lead initiatives building outstanding capabilities in recruiting, staffing, employee engagement, and organizational / talent development.

  • To contribute to the promotion of a culture of healthy employee relations, identifying any barriers and helping to design and implement approaches to overcome them. To provide expert advice and support to managers on the resolving of employee and industrial relations issues, including individual employee grievances and collective disputes.

  • As requested, to provide confidential coaching support to managers and employees on any issue relating to their employment with the company, including their job role and contract, managerial and team relationships.

  • To work with managers on the planning and implementation of organizational changes. To provide advice and support to managers on both the people aspects and the employment law aspects of any change in order to minimize the risks to good employee relations, staff retention and individual and team performance.The ideal candidate has/is:

  • Superior communication skills and high-energy.

  • Strong business and analytical ability with a proven ability to build strong relationships and influence different groups. HR Business Partners will be based within the business unit and will therefore be working with a large degree of autonomy and must be able to influence at a senior level.

  • Results oriented.

  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience supporting select business groups and senior managers.

  • Experience in organization design / restructuring, change management, business strategy design / implementation and recruiting.

  • Demonstrated ability in complex employee relations / performance management matters up to and including employment tribunals.

  • Experience in compensation / benefits / employee reward.

  • Skilled at influencing, persuading, time management, interviewing, communication, recruitment.
