Please Note: This role will be located in Clarksburg, West Virginia.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: * Travel to various LEA’s to discuss the technical issues of submitting data, such as coding and data submission. * Work on a daily basis with the CJIS Division personnel to assist users in data submission. * Communicate and collaborate with additional IT personnel, Client managers, user representatives, vendors, contract personnel, and local, state, tribal, and federal law enforcement officials. * Data integrators and CDM Liaison shall communicate and collaborate with the customer to ensure smooth transition of data between agency and Client. * The Data Integration Team shall communicate and collaborate with software developers about the NIBRS, XML, and IEPD. * Write and provide data integration process for NIBRS documents. * Prepare and provide time estimates for LEAs who wish to contribute in addition to use in scheduling operations. * Evaluate data designs for acceptance, accuracy, and adherence to IEPD. * Use software testing XML validation tool, if available, for acceptability of XML schemas. * Understand and guide LEAs on how to connect to the CJIS Division Web Services and Electronic File Transfer Service EFTS, if necessary. * Work with CJIS Division personnel, once they evaluate the XML structure and run it through the business rules on the new UCR system, to ensure the data will be accepted. * Prepare time estimates for scheduling operations. * Evaluate data designs for acceptance. * Participate in teleconferences with LEA’s and software vendor agencies in order to coordinate the dissemination of information to and from the agency for software development.-deliverable. * Weekly data integration meetings to discuss team progress and review assignments. * Provide weekly reports on data integration status. * Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization). * Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.

  • Top Secret Clearance required.
  • Data Submission.
  • Understand NIBRS, XML, IEPD.
  • Able to understand and write data integration processes for NIBRS documents.
  • Experience with XML Validation Tool and XML Schemas.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
  • U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
  • Travel may be required.
  • Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
  • Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
  • Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
